After a successful career in the biotechnology industry in the UK, Canada, France, and the US, Margaret shifted focus from the high tech side of medicine to prevention and well-being. She founded Wellcoaches Corporation (strategic partner of the American College of Sports Medicine) to help establish the standards for professional coaches in healthcare and wellness. She co-founded the McLean/Harvard Medical School Coaching & Positive Psychology Initiative and annual Coaching Psychology conference in collaboration with Carol Kauffman, Ph.D. Margaret’s company, Wellcoaches, provides premium and executive coaching to Cambium’s clients through a patented internet platform.
